Chef Fermin Ortega has spent years working his way through the restaurant industry. His interest for cooking began back home in Mexico, helping his grandmother in the kitchen. Once in the US, he began working as a dishwasher, then moving to become a line cook and finally taking charge of the line a couple of years later. Now, he has realized a life long dream of having his very own kitchen and creating dishes that carry worldwide influences from his experience working across various kitchens in NYC
